if u wanna lose weight but not muscle eat the same amount of food but healthier and try and work out. have balanced diets of fruit, veg, salads, and meat so u have all the major nutrients. if u dont have weights and cant join a gym yet thn just make sum weights of books in bags.and also do a cuple of laps round ur back garden 2 exercise ur legs.
